Acknowledgement
Please allow 4-5 working days for Post-Commissioning Certs to sent out after ACV unit has been fully commissioned. Note: It is the responsibility of the Installer to ensure that all information listed on the above form is correct. In the event that one of our engineers arrives on site where works have not been completed as per the form then the commissioning cannot be undertaken. Once all necessary checks are completed a call out fee of €300.00 will apply for a second visit.
